The office builds up on the traditional way and the philosophy of the deceased lawyer Doctor Armin Santner. To represent the interests of the clients with full dedication, the best possible preparation and the highest seriousness and in consideration of the principles and rules of law. To this end we currently continue our studies in the main emphasis by seminars and in this way we can cover a large spectrum of legal questions on which we are up to date. Therefore we are also able to make accessible our acquired knowledge by mutual coordination.

In the sense of reasonable mediating we try to help avoiding legal proceedings with the intention to help our clients saving a lot of time and money. In the run-up of process-disputes we make a carefully weighing-up of risks with particular integration of economical aspects.

In the realisation of the contracts we take into account in every conceivable way the convertion of client's interests, intending to avoid lawsuits further on in the future.
